THE BODY ROOM

Pilates is composed of powerful, small, deep muscle movements that improve strength, endurance, balance, and posture. It is a safe and effective practice for people with injuries, pregnant and post-partum, older adults, and avid athletes.

Depending on your goals, even one session a week can make a huge difference! And because it works on deep tissue, its long-lasting effects allow for quick recovery when you are not able to practice often.

If you would like to see our facilities and hear what we have to offer, please book a tour and we will be happy to do a walkthrough of the process and equipment.

This is generally a 30 minute appointment and it provides time to answer any questions you may have. You can also sign up for our services during this appointment if you wish to do so.

Introductory Package

New clients need to complete at least 3 private sessions before joining the group classes. . It is our priority to ensure the safe use of the equipment and that each client feels comfortable when joining the classes, providing you with the tools necessary to understand basic moves and Pilates lingo.

* If for some reason you need more than the initial 3 private sessions, we honor the introductory price of $33 per class until you can graduate to group classes.

SEMI-PRIVATES

Grab a buddy, or two, actually up to 4 and you will only pay $29/per person with a semi-private session! The buddy system is proven to increase commitment and continuance of any workout. You will start with a walk-through of the equipment and basic moves. We will do an evaluation of each individual so that we can develop a program that meets your needs! We will then start building classes and showcasing different modalities within the Pilates system: Reformer, Jump, Tower, Stretch and more.

It gives you the power to develop a workout tailored to your needs!

GROUP CLASSES
